Can you describe your workplace culture? Is it implied or defined? Creating a desirable workplace culture is not just something cool tech companies care about anymore. In today’s tough hiring market, “people and culture fit” are being prioritized, especially by the millennial workforce. We can’t afford to leave it to chance any longer, with statistics stating 25% of those leaving jobs citing “toxic culture” as the reason.
Hear proven leader Lloyd Knight, Senior Manager at UPS, founder of VETLANTA, and graduate of the LF Class of 2022, speak to how critical workplace culture is and how you can personally positively impact it in just six steps. With clear examples of how he changed his workplace culture, you’ll walk away inspired and ready to lead the change in your own workplace.
Bring your work team or colleagues to have an immediate positive impact on your workplace culture.
